: No ethics approval was required as the dataset is available in public domain and the survey authority have collected prior consent of the respondents to participate in the survey. The respondents who did not consent were excluded from the survey. Moreover, the BDHS surveys were implemented under the authority of the National Institute of Population Research and Training (NIPORT), Medical Education and Family Welfare Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare following proper survey protocol. The participants’ anonymity and confidentiality were assured. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
