: Our study was approved by Public Health Ontario’s Ethics Review Board (2019–055.01), and all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. All key informants, focus group participants, and survey respondents received an Information Letter and Consent Form. We also verbally reviewed the content of the Information Letter and Consent Form with all key informants and focus group participants. We obtained verbal consent from all key informants before interviews, meanwhile consent for participation in focus groups and surveys was implied. Public Health Ontario’s Ethics Review Board approved the procedure for all consent processes including verbal informed consent and implied consent.
