: According to the Bioethics Committee of the Medical University of Warsaw ‘non-interventional studies do not require the opinion of the Bioethics Committee in accordance with Art. 37al Pharmaceutical Law Act (Journal of Laws 2001, No. 126, item 1381)’ [CitationRef removed, CitationRef removed]. Nevertheless, the Bioethics Committee was informed about the study protocol and took note of the study procedure and the verbal consent of the study participants. Due to the large number of participants, the type of study (multicentre survey, non-invasive, and non- interventional), and its anonymity in terms of the collection of personal participant data, the participants provided verbal consent to participate in the study. Before the study, the participants were informed about the principles of anonymity and confidentiality during data collection. Based on the data that were collected, statistically analyzed, and presented in this article, it is impossible to identify the survey participants.
