: The purpose, method, benefits, and risks of this study were explained to the principals of the schools. We also explained to the participants and their legal guardians that their private information would be protected and that answers to the questionnaires were not related to their school records. Participants provided consent before answering the questionnaire. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects and their legal guardians.
