: Approval for the BNLA study was obtained from the Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS) Human Research Ethics Committee (13/03), which is registered with the National Health and Medical Research Council. For this study, ethics exemption to use the BNLA dataset was granted by the Monash University Research Ethics Committee. Permission to access the BNLA dataset was granted by the National Centre for Longitudinal Data, Australian Government Department of Social Services. The data were anonymised before use in this study. All methods were carried out in accordance with guidelines and regulations of the AIFS and Monash University Research Ethics Committees, and the National Centre for Longitudinal Data.
