Ethics approval was obtained from the <i>Comité d’éthique de la recherche en santé</i> of the Université de Montréal (CERES, #16160, 21/12/2016) and Université Laval (#2018-331). In the Province of Québec, parental consent is required for children under 14 with their assent. In the case of project with very low risk, it is authorized to ask only for the consent of youth aged 14 years and older. Thus, all participants and their parents (for participants 13 years and younger) provided parental written informed consent and youth's assent.
