: The Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics of Norway approved the study, approval number 2018/2296. The selection criteria approved by the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics required that participants were adults with mild intellectual disabilities receiving specialist SHCS services. Information about the study was provided and all participants gave their written informed consent. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki).
