: This study was approved by the University of Waterloo Research Ethics Board (ORE#41071 and 40700). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. All survey respondents were provided with an emailed invitation to participate, which included a description of the study purpose and a summary of the survey. The email invited the prospective respondent to contact the study team if they had any questions. It also stated that their voluntary completion of the survey indicated their informed consent (no further consent was sought), that any personal identifiers would be retained by Leger and not shared with the study team, and that their responses would be used in an aggregate analysis for publication.
