: The study protocol (LCI-503) was reviewed by the Clinical Expertise Centre of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment. Based on the study protocol, the Clinical Expertise Centre concluded that this research lays outside the scope of the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (in Dutch: WMO) for which further medical ethical approval is deemed necessary. All methods were carried out in accordance with institutional (RIVM) and national scientific guidelines (KNAW). Informed consent was obtained from the participants.
