: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval was granted by the Research Ethical Review Committee of Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt (No. FWA000017585).Administrative approvals to conduct the research in the public schools in Cairo governorate were obtained from the Ministry of Education, the directorate of education and the educational administrations in Cairo. Then, permission was requested from the schools' directors of the selected schools after presenting the administrative approvals and the study description. Prior to data collection, a written informed consent was obtained from each school teacher after being fully explained about the objectives of the study, the study details and the research steps, the expected benefits and the possible risks. Teachers were also informed that the participation in the study was completely voluntary and that they had the right to leave the study at any time without any prejudice. The privacy and the confidentiality of the collected data from the school teachers were assured. They were used only for research purposes.
