: The study protocol was reviewed by the Ethical Review Committee of the Centre of Health Research of the Ministry of Health in Burkina Faso. The Number is 2019–023-/MS/SG/INSP/CRSN/CIE. Before enrolment, all participants provided written informed consent and informed consent was obtained from a parent and/or legal guardian for participants who are under 16 years of age.
