: The experimental protocol for this study was approved by the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (BREC) of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa (Ethics Number: BE 532/17 ) and the Research Ethics Committee of the ESwatini Ministry of Health. Relevant permission was obtained from the Ministry of Education for the study to be conducted. All parents gave written informed consent for their sons to participate and the participants also assented to participation. All participants were aware that they could withdraw from the study at any time. All the methods used in this study were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and the regulations of Eswatini.
