: This secondary analysis of the Planet Youth 2020 Survey data did not involve de novo data collection. Ethical approval for the Planet Youth Survey was originally granted by the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI) Research Ethics Committee (RCPI RECSAF 82: Planet Youth (Ireland 2018)). The Planet Youth 2020 Survey was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained by the Planet Youth study team from parents and/or legal guardians of students who participated in the Planet Youth 2020 Survey, through the following process: all students and their parents (and/or legal guardians) were provided with information regarding the Planet Youth Survey, and parents (and/or legal guardians) and students were invited to opt out of participation, if they so wished.
