: Methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The study was based on data providing from the national mortality database based on anonymised death certificates. Neither experimental protocol nor consent from subjects to participate were required. The use and analysis of mortality data have been authorized by the French National Commission for Data protection and Liberties (CNIL) in accordance with the French law on public health. This national ethics committee CNIL waived the ethical approval and informed consent for this study (authorisation number: 1691388).
