The data presented in this paper were previously collected as part of an evaluation of a program aiming to support partnerships in building community capacity to access resources and offset the impact of community trauma. The UCSD IRB determined that (a) the secondary use of the data for research purposes presented no more than minimal risk to human subjects; (b) the study qualified for review through the expedited procedure; and (c) it qualified for a waiver of informed consent.
