: The use of the routine program data was approved by the Rwanda National Ethics Committee hosted under the Rwanda Ministry of health, which also granted approval for aggregated data access and was used by the principal investigator(MS). The data presented in this study were accessed directly in the national reporting system, according to the guideline of the Ministry of health to access and use aggregated data. The patients were not directly involved. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
