: The study obtained ethical approval from Nepal Health Research Council (570/2021) and University College London ethics committee (14301/001). Written informed consent for audio recording of the interview sessions was obtained from all participants. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. For participants under the age of 18, informed consent was also obtained from their legal guardian. For illiterate participants we explained the study to them and obtained verbal consent to participate in accordance with Nepal Health Research Council approved ethical procedures.
