: The Ethics Committee of the Berlin Medical Association (Ärztekammer Berlin KdöR), Friedrichstr. 16, 10969 Berlin, has approved this study. Informed consent was collected from all the participants, and the names of the people interviewed as well as the name of the PHA were kept anonymous. Data protection was ensured through the approval of the data protection officer at the Robert Koch Institute. The data was collected within the legal framework of the IfSG, the EU Decision 1082/2013 and the IHR. Transmission of personal data to other countries was carried out via the EWRS platform which assures safe transfer of personal data in compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation. In Germany, data were transmitted through an encrypted exchange server (Cryptshare®). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
