: The study was approved by Ghana Health Service Ethical Review Committee (GHS-ERC: 014/06/22). A copy of the ethical clearance form was sent to the district health directorates in the study setting to obtain a final approval letter before conducting the study. The study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. In compliance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Acts 843), all the participants were made aware of the purpose for which the data was collected, the recipient of the data, and their right to withhold information as they saw fit [CitationRef removed]. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before data collection. All identifiable information gathered from the health facility TB registers and those provided by the participants was kept strictly confidential.
