: This study was conducted according to the guidelines of the declaration of Helsinki, and approval was granted by Morgan State University Institutional review board no. 21/01–0014. We obtained written informed consent from all participants for the survey and semi-structured interview. Only adults aged 18 years or older were asked to participate. Potential participants were informed about the purpose of the research and that the participation was voluntary. Further, participants were informed that they would be able to terminate participation at any time during the research study. Only participants who provided written consent completed the surveys and engaged in the semi-structured interviews.
