: Ethics approval for the study was granted by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the University of the Witwatersrand (#220305). Relevant provincial research approval was also granted. Written informed consent was sought from participants before participation and a signed copy was returned to the participants. Participants were reimbursed ZAR50 ($2.75) for transport and ZAR200 ($10.95) for participating in the half-day workshop.
