: The study is based on the secondary, identified publicly available survey data, and survey agencies that conducted the field survey for the data collection have also collected a prior consent from the respondents. The NFHS was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Institutions involved, and the datasets are available on registration at ExternalRef removed for broader use in social research. The authors assert that all procedures contributing to this work comply with the ethical standards of the relevant national and institutional committees on human experimentation and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2008.
