: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (2023-002-001). The Ethics Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention was established in 2014, and it is made up of three committees: the Vaccine Clinical Trial Ethics Committee, the Animal Experimentation Ethics Committee and the Research Ethics Committee. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, and all methods were performed in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of Constitution of Shaanxi Center for Disease Control and Prevention Ethics Committee. Written informed consent was obtained from all the participants and from the legal guardians of the participants who were below 16 years of age.
