: Ethical approval was obtained from School of Psychology ethic committee, Shaanxi Normal University (Protocol Number: 18245; approved on July 12th, 2021; exempt protocol approval expiry– July 12th, 2024). Participant Information Sheets and Consent forms were approved by the committee and in line with the standardized documents for the University. All methods have been performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants were approached as healthy volunteers participating in different groups. All were deemed to have capacity to consent to participation and due to the fact that the study included young students below 18, the parents or legal guardian of all participants provided written informed consent for all aspects of the study.
