: Ethical approval was obtained from Jimma University, Institute of Health, and Institutional Review boards (IRB) with reference JUIRB/57/22 before data collection. Moreover, a permission letter was obtained from the Oromia Health Bureau and Zonal Health Department for data collection. The study was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki Criteria [CitationRef removed]. The study participants were informed about the objectives, risks, and benefit of the study. Moreover, written informed consent was obtained from each study participants (parents/caregivers). Confidentiality of the data was maintained by not including personal identifiable information on the questionnaire and keeping the data in separate/secure areas. The rights of respondents were protected during the interview. Since they were children under fifteen years, consent from their parents was obtained.
