: All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional level and/or national level Medical Research Ethics Committee (MREC)’s recommendations and in line with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments.The present study was approved by the Medical Ethics Board of Trustees (MEBoT) affiliated to the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (TBZUOMS) (approval number: 1397.116). At the baseline the participants were provided with full explanations about the aims and participation procedures and a written informed consent form was obtained from all individual participants or their legally authorized representative in the case of attendants with low literacy level.
