: The study was given ethical approval by the Imperial College Research Ethics Committee (ICREC #21IC7274). Informed consent was obtained from all participants. The survey was anonymous, and respondents were not asked to provide personal details unless they voluntarily expressed to be contacted for a follow-up interview. Participants were asked to give written and oral consent before the start of the interviews. Participants were free to withdraw from the survey or interview at any time. Interview data were pseudonymised. The interviews were transcribed with the principle of anonymity in mind, and transcriptions were not outsourced. Therefore, no confidentiality agreements were needed. All data generated or analysed during the study are included in this published article.
