: The study was conducted after obtaining a permission letter from on an online request to access DHS data after reviewing the submitted brief descriptions of the survey to the DHS program. To access the data, we have received a permission letter, and we can provide it whenever the concerned body needs it. The datasets were treated with the utmost confidence. This study was done based on secondary data from five SSA DHS. Issues related to informed consent, confidentiality, anonymity, and privacy of the study participants are already done ethically by the DHS office. We did not manipulate and apply the microdata other than in this study. Since., there was no patient or public involvement in this study, ethical clearance was not needed.
