: This study was conducted according to the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and all procedures involving research study participants were approved by Committee on Human Research, Publications and Ethics of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Through teachers, children were given informed consent forms to be sent to their parents. Children whose parents granted written informed consent to the study were provided with an informed assent form to obtain their written assent prior to inclusion into the study. These procedures for obtaining written informed consent and child assent were approved by the the Committee on Human Research, Publication and Ethics, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (CHRPE/AP/120/21).
