: The HPTN 071 (PopART) trial [Division of AIDS (DAIDS) number 11865 and Clinical Trials registration number NCT01900977 (17/07/2013)] and the stigma ancillary study (DAIDS number HPTN071a) received Institutional Review Board approval from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, LSHTM, the Health Research Ethics Committee, Stellenbosch University, and the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee at the University of Zambia.
