: Results presented here consist of a retrospective analysis of routinely collected surveillance data; as such, they represent a standard component of public health monitoring and are considered exempt from Ethical Review Board. Therefore, the Directorate of Epidemiology Laboratories and Research (DELR), research regulation body of the Ministry of Health in Haiti, issued an authorization for our research (authorization number: DELR202211-01). Patient information was anonymized and deidentified before handed over for analysis. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
