: All methods were carried out in accordance with declaration of Helsinki. The ethical approval and the need for informed consent was waived by Ethics Committee at the Medical University of Lodz (Poland). Bioethics Committee does not evaluate studies that do not constitute medical experiments (e.g. biochemical tests, pharmaceutical tests, etc.) and are carried out without the use of material from patients.

: Not neither ethical approval nor consent to participate in the study were required. By completing the survey questionnaire, the participants agreed to take part in the study. Participation in the survey did not involve disclosure of any personal data, and all the answers are anonymous. Our study contains no identify revealing information or images that could lead to identification of a study participants.
