: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was sought and obtained from the Regional Ethical Review Board in Uppsala, Sweden (Dnr: 2019–031160). The overall RWS study also received ethical approval from Ghent University’s ethical committee, Belgium (2018/90). All participants of the current study signed a written informed consent form prior to participation. In accordance with Swedish legislation on informed consent procedures with minors, additional written informed consent from parents or guardians was also obtained for participants below 15 years of age.
