Consent to participate for subjects and/or parents or legally authorized representatives of minors was waived according to the regulation (Waiver of Informed Consent, Standard Operating Procedure, Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University: ). Upon hospitalization, the minors’ parents or legal guardians provided consent to Maesot General Hospital for data storage and sharing.
