: The study protocol was approved by the Regional Committee for Ethics in Medical and Health Research in the southeastern region of Norway (project reference number 2016/1422). The identified potential participants were recruited by phone, and those who agreed to participate in the study received a link to an e-survey. The first instructions regarding informed consent were provided before being able to access the data. All participants completed an informed written consent process after recruitment. Participants who were 16 years and older provided consent by checking a box saying they agreed to participate in the study in the first e-survey, while parental consent from both parents was collected when the participant was younger than 16 years old. All personal information will be securely stored at NIPH for analyses and deleted 6 months after the finalisation of the study.
