: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Wachemo University. A permission letter was secured from the Hadiya Zone Health Department. The purpose of the study were explained to the participants. Informed written consent was taken from the participants following an explanation of the research study, with clarification that participants can be free to withdraw from the study at any time.
