: All individuals who participated in the study, gave verbal informed consent. In order to keep the risk of re-traumatization as low as possible, we mentioned „stressful life events “ in the informed consent section at the beginning of the interview. During the interview, the actual descriptions of the life events in the vignette were not detailed. Besides, interviewers were instructed to provide mental health resources available, if the participants should give the impression that they need them. Interviewers were monitored to ensure the quality of the interviews. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty, Leipzig University (237/20-ek).
