: The study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr. 2022–05170-01) and the use of data has been approved by the unit for social analysis, Region Skåne. Study participants gave informed consent by reading the invitation letter which contained information regarding the purpose of the investigation, and by answering and returning the public health survey. No tissue samples or other biological materials were obtained.
