: This study was reviewed and approved by the National Health Bioethics Committee of Mozambique (reference number 282/CNBS/13, IRB00002657) and by the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research Institutional Review Board (IRB00000794). Administrative approval was granted by the Ministry of Health of Mozambique. The protocol used for this study complied with International Conference on Harmonization Good Clinical Practice guidelines and was conducted in accordance with the principles described in the Nuremberg Code and the Belmont Report including all federal regulations regarding the protection of human participants as described in 32 CFR 219 and Army Regulation 70–25.
