: This study is part of research conducted and submitted for the partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctorate of Public Health. An official approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, Sana’a University. Official letters to conduct this study were sent to the Ministry of Public Health Population of Yemen and the Public Health and Population Offices of Hajjah governorate. Methods of this study were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The aim of the study was explained to all study participants. Informed consent was obtained from all parents. For those aged less than 2 years, informed consent was obtained from their parents and/or legal guardian. A verbal consent was requested from those who are unable to read and/or write. Confidentiality of data was assured and ensured.
