: Ethical approval was obtained from the University of South Africa College Research Ethics Committee (16740688_CREC_CHS_2023) and the National Health Research and Ethics Committee of the Ministry of Health of Lesotho (ID07-2022). Further authorization was also obtained from the Head of the Family Health Division of the Ministry of Health of Lesotho. Consent to participate was not obtained from the study respondents. Consent from respondents was not required by the review boards because the study involved the collection of existing data with no direct contact with respondents. The data were de-identified and appropriate safeguards against the unlawful access or use of this data for any other purposes except research were also maintained.
