As a result, the study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee (HuSSREC) at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana (Ref number: HuSSREC/AP/111/VOL.1.) Additionally, written informed consent was obtained from each respondent. Indeed, we sought permission and approval from the parents or guardians of few minors who had less than 18 years during data collection. Moreover, in the Ghanaian context, you are considered an adult when you give birth and assume taking care of others or your children.
