: The survey underwent review and approval by the Ethical Review Committee of the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics. Informed written consent was obtained from all respondents before their participation in the survey. In instances where respondents were unable to provide written consent due to factors such as illiteracy or cognitive disabilities, informed written consent was obtained from their legal guardians. We explored de-identified data from the BBS by submitting a research proposal for this study. Therefore, additional ethical approval to conduct this study was not required.
