: The research protocol was approved by the Ethical Committee at Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi, Vietnam) according to document No. 529 QĐ-BM and by the Ethical Committee of the National Center for Global Health and Medicine (Tokyo, Japan) according to document No. 1496. Before collecting survey forms and blood samples, documents on research information and informed consent forms were distributed to students and families at the schools by the school staff. Students were allowed to participate in this study only when they obtained signatures from both parents (or guardians). All students were able to withdraw from this study without facing any threats or disadvantages.
