: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Debre Tabor University, with reference number DTU/RCS/205/21, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. A formal letter of cooperation was sent to the hospitals, and permission was secured from both the inpatient wards and the intensive care units. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study. To protect patient privacy, no personal identifiers were included in the data collection tools.
