: The Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (ref. 821474), known as SIKT [], approved all questions used in Ungdata. All data was collected anonymously. All study procedures were performed in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki declaration for ethical standards in research. The participation in the study was voluntary and written consent was obtained from all responders and from parents/caregivers among adolescents in lower secondary school. The Norwegian Regional Committee for Medical Research Ethics states that studies guaranteeing complete anonymity for all participants do not require any additional ethical approval.
