: The data set in this study was secondary data from the validation of the Thai version of the COVID-19 Yorkshire Rehabilitation Scale by Partiprajak et al., published in 2023. The research protocol was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the institutional review board of the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand (MURA2021/871). All of the participants were informed of the research objectives, what participation in the study involved, and concerning confidentiality and anonymity issues. The participants were asked to read the consent statement, which explained the research objectives and data collection by answering the questionnaire. The overall time spent was approximately 15 min. The participants were also informed that there would be no foreseeable risk from the experiments. The direct benefit to the participants was assessment regarding the severity of long COVID condition. The participants were informed that they had the right to withdraw without repercussions whenever they wished; further, withdrawing from the study would not affect the relationship they have with the researcher or the health care team. Assigning code numbers for the participants was used to preserve confidentiality. An informed consent statement was obtained from all of the subjects and/or their legal guardian(s).
