: The study was started after receiving approval from the Ethics Committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (code number: IR.TUMS.SPH.REC.1402.076). The information required for the second part (telephone survey in 2023) was extracted from the research project titled “Implementing integrated health system surveillance in Tehran university of medical sciences- pilot study” (Code of Ethics: IR.TUMS.MEDICINE.REC.1400.599).
