: At various stages of this project the Queensland University of Technology University Human Research Ethics Committee (UHREC), and twice The University of Queensland, Human Research Ethics Committees (HREC) assessed this research as meeting the conditions for exemption from HREC review and approval (exemption 1800000151 and project numbers 2021/HE002393 and 2022/HE001249 respectively) in accordance with the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research [], as it involved the use of existing collections of data and publicly available records containing only non-identifiable data about human beings. The exemptions granted included the need for informed consent. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
