: The Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics (South-East Norway) reviewed the project and deemed it to fall outside of the scope of the Health Research Act, and therefore the need for ethics approval was deemed unnecessary according to national regulations (Reference number 491497). The project was approved by NIPH’s Data Protection Officer after reviewing the project’s data protection impact assessment (DPIA). All participants were required to give informed consent before accessing the questionnaire.
